An animal healthcare client decided to hold their annual meeting at Ho Chi Minh City and stayed at Mandarin Oriental Saigon with the following highlights:

  • Group photo in traditional Ao Dai for women and Ao Gam for men 
  • Welcome dinner at the hotel and offsite dinners
  • Vietnamese themed gala night at the ballroom of the hotel with Vietnamese entertainment, Filipino Band and Thai celebrity emcee flown all the way from Bangkok

A global pharmaceutical company tasked MC Planner via their local office to arrange a 5-day, 4-night event for their executives and doctors from Thailand. The delegates attended a world congress in Amsterdam and MC Planner arranged the whole program including booking of air tickets, ground transfer arrangements, lunches and dinners and unique travel experiences.
