For this extraordinary incentive trip, we had a lead time of approximately nine months to craft a one-of-a-kind experience for a group of 220 delegates. Queenstown, with its breathtaking landscapes and endless adventure opportunities, was the perfect destination for this well-deserved reward.
The group stayed at the prestigious Millbrook Resort, known for its world-class hospitality and stunning natural surroundings. To kick off the experience, we organised a cocktail reception at a Hilltop restaurant, where guests had the thrilling option to glide down via the luge—adding an unexpected and fun element to the evening.
The Gala Dinner was elegantly set up on the Millbrook Golf Course, featuring a beautifully designed marquee to ensure a seamless event regardless of weather conditions. The atmosphere was nothing short of magical, with stunning views adding to the grandeur of the evening.
